Meet Tamara Duarte, LMT, CCA – Licensed Massage Therapist & Licensed Chiropractic Assistant.

Tamara attended EastWest College of Healing Arts and received her LMT license in June 2021. EastWest is an 800 hour program. She specializes in several massage modalities including craniosacral, deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish (relaxation), sports massage, reflexology, cupping, and hot stones. Recently she has added lymphatic drainage massage as well.

She is passionate about helping people feel their best and reaching their wellness goals.
